Refund Policy

Application Fee

The Application Fee is non-refundable:

  • Where applicants have started the interview process with a host company
  • Where the application is withdrawn by the applicant

The Application Fee is considered to be payment for processing duties performed by Navitas Workforce Solutions on behalf of the intern.

Program Fee

The Program Fee is payable a minimum of 28 days prior to the commencement of the program. The refund policy for the Program Fee is shown below: 

Full Refund

Navitas Workforce Solutions agrees to refund to the original fee paying party all Program Fees including the Application Fee:

  • Where Navitas Workforce Solutions is unable to offer the internship prior to the intern departing from their home country

Navitas Workforce Solutions agrees to refund to the original fee paying party, all Program Fees paid excluding the Application Fee:

  • If the application is withdrawn by the applicant and written notice of cancellation is received more than 25 days prior to commencement of the Program.

Partial Refund

Navitas Workforce Solutions agrees to offer a refund to the original fee paying party upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, all program fees paid (excluding the Application Fee), less the amounts to be retained as detailed below:

  • If written cancellation is received 25 days or less, prior to the commencement of the program, Navitas Workforce Solutions will retain a non-refundable amount equal to 35% of the Program Fee.
  • If the internship is terminated by the host company due to no fault of the intern, the intern is entitled to a pro-rata payment based on the remaining duration of the program minus the Application Fee.

No Refund

Navitas Workforce Solutions will make no refund of any Program Fees:

  • If written notice of withdrawal is received after the commencement of the program.
  • If the internship is terminated by the host company before the scheduled end of the program which is a result of a fault or alleged fault of the intern.
  • If the applicant provides false or fraudulent information/documentation.
